The Buddleia Bush is also known as Butterfly Bush due to the fact that Butterflies are highly attracted to the spikes of densely packed small purple flowers. On this brooch, a pretty butterfly has landed on the Buddleia to enjoy it's sweet nectar.
The materials used in this piece are gorgeous, a stunning purple sparkle marble acrylic has been used to represent the Flowers and a white sparkle marble acrylic represents the wings on the butterfly. Details on the brooch such as the petals on the flowers and the details on the butterfly wings have been engraved and painted by hand.
This brooch measures 65mm tall by 35 mm wide.
