How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. During busy periods and with pre-orders, this lead time may vary.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking details.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Australia Post parcel post service (standard shipping) takes 2 or more business days. 

Please select Authority to Leave at checkout if you wish to have your parcel left at your door if nobody is home and add a note detailing where you wish your parcel to be left. Please note by doing so, Betty Blossom and Australia Post are not liable for any missing parcels.

Shipping Within Australia:

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping Australia-wide through Australia Post for all orders over $150. Orders can be upgraded to Express Post for an additional fee.

$12 Standard shipping for all Australian orders under $150.

$15 Express shipping is available as an option at the checkout for Australian orders.

Shipping Internationally:

Flat rate of $22 for international shipping. Free shipping if spending $200 or more.

New Zealand: Flat rate of $15 for all orders. Free shipping if spending $150 or more.

The prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local Customs office for further information.
