Refund policy
We want to make sure you are happy with the items you receive! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at kylie@bettyblossom.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a replacement is available the replacement item will be shipped within 1 business day. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
We will happily exchange any clothing styles that are not a perfect fit (with the exception of sale styles). To exchange a clothing style you just need to return the item within 14 days of purchase to Betty Blossom. You will need to cover the costs of return postage. If the item you want is not in stock we will provide a store credit to be used within 12 months. Please ensure items are in the same condition as when you received them with the tags attached.
For hygiene purposes Betty Blossom cannot accept returns of worn items.
Accessories and jewellery cannot be returned due to change of mind.
No returns are accepted on sale items. A sale item is any item that is not full price.
